The Kong seat belt fastener clicks into place like a seat belt. This allows the dog to settle down in one place for the journey and not be able to move freely in the car. The dog can sit and lie down with the belt clip.
The Kong belt clip is made of strong nylon and has a carabiner lock. You can easily adjust the length of the fastener.
